Doing the "Right Thing" not based on Popularity. #DelhiGangRape

There is a part wanted me to Hang all the Six involved in Delhi Incident, so strongly that felt the need for the govt., to ensure safety to girls now and more seriously in 3 more months when the juvenile is going to be released with what ever spirit that might have got him through wide media coverage and attention and other things not to mention his exposure to more criminals in & out.

We all more or less raised a voice, the govt, though did not acknowledge or support or act to protect the people, rights and assurance of security to people, it did recognise there is revolution under way and protests are just at the face of it.

Govt., did high drama of sending the victim to singapore, without asking logical/humane questions that should have been asked by a life saving doctor or a protective govt., rather they did successfully washed their hands, repeatedly without slightest sense.

Courts have taken up the case, amidst protests and Judiciary despite the gravity of the situation acted and acting so much responsibly making sure the judgement process is as per the perfect legal guidelines.

They checked the criminal's ages, chargesheeted 5 and verifying the details of sixth one. Fortunate or Unfortunate he is a Minor in legal sense, and can't be punished beyond the legal framework how much ever terrible the crime may be.

I was listening to some random channel interviewing his principal from school, he clearly said the boy is less than 18 year old, left school after completing 3rd std. so how do I react to that ?

should we kill this guy for what ever he did or should we kill the system or the govt., or probably each one of us who are directly or indirectly helping the people to drop out of schools because we are not being responsible in selecting the right candidates, we don't want to get into politics or teaching or we don't take up any socially responsible jobs and we fight for mundane reservations, partitions and all possible non constructive activities.

I am not just worried about possible victims of this juvenile, but many more possible ones that have already dropped out of schools and getting trained in the same school this boy or may be much worse than the one this kid got exposed to.

Its not about dress code, nor it is about sex education or some other weird non practical idealisting thing like teaching karate to women to protect etc., because you can't practically teach 2 year old to fight back and how much ever you do ... its not going to be strong enough to stop from the malevolent eyes.

Our priority shifts to education and governance. may be there is some saint who can explain talk and make this guy reasonable human being or what ever . but We Should stick to most important agenda of bringing the Right People to Power, giving the Right Education.

I felt proud listening to what judiciary did because its easy to do the right thing when it is popular, but doing the right thing knowing that the world wants something else either logically or emotionally or what ever needs lot of commitment. we should Thank and Appreciate our Judges and Lawyers in the courts.

Its so unfortunate that the girls irrespective of their age,dressing or anything being insulted in various ways unspeakable by any human or animal and most disgusting of all, being made responsible for their actions.

Delhi remains insecure for both men and women and more so to the women.

When a Girl child is born, her parents will be dreaming of her eyes, she speaks her first words and all small naughty things she would have told, then the schooling ... Dreams of her education, marriage, grand children and husband Dreams ... Dream and Dreams ...

Then comes a fucking moron, who thinks her like an object, satisfying his desires, satisfies his sadistic pleasures and leaves her on the road ... For a bastard like that it doesn't matter if he just destroyed a world, he is just concerned about pleasure he experiences (I am not sure if that is the case too) Or just for fun.

Then some report, some are too scared to face the "Society" that doesn't console or support but despirate to castrate her as if it was done willingly or because of "HER" attitude.

There are kids as small as 2 , 3, 4, 5 being used as objects - Who are these so called moral police? Do they even know what humanity is about ? without blaming the victim ? 

Its Physical and Mental Torture for life for the victim, from the burns and bruises and the Society. 

While the news and headlines of Delhi News is still in the air there are more scrollings going about kids being targetted in 3 states of about 5 yrs age. 

This time we are not silent, we need action, we need involvement, We need support from all walks of life volunaring to protect our girl child.

We Need to be proactive, protective or what you see is a country full of barbarians - Justice is only reactive in a country full of corrupt policy makers busy protecting their asses in the cover of Z category security.

We Need people who dare to go there stand up and make decisions. Not Puppets.

BTW The 23 year old girl who is undergoing emergency surgeries and in ICU was on her way to become a doctor to save lives. Its the pathetic state of the State.

Legal system in India gives right to defend and protect yourself or protect some one, so any Ideas about how to treat a rapist before handing over - Comments are welcome to make India a better place again.  

Need of Edutainment for Children and @Cbeebiesfun Leaving India

There is no match for the quality of entertainment and education provided by BBC Cbeebies in India and I won't be exaggerating if I say that it stands true around the world.

I have a 2 year old kid, He learnt Numbers, Alphabets, Manners, Story Telling and Behaving and Cleanliness to name few things he learnt through it.

I Won't say parents and grand parents are equally responsible but the medium BBC used is more attractive and sticks in the children's minds.

I was looking other so called children's channels, They either had promotional shit, Tearing down papers, fights and dangerous activities that never appeared on cbeebies in past one year of our viewing.

In One of the channel I saw a mother character (I think its POGO a NO GO for me.) asks their kids, if you don't go out you have to read books as if it is something wrong or punishment to read books.

Other Channel is busy promoting to spit the food and throw stuff at others or fight.

I Have no hope for these channels and wonder how such shitty channels like Cartoon Network or POGO are able to survive while BBC Ceebiebies backing off due to the competition from paid channels.

We watched and never felt offended or felt need to regulate the channel while Cbeebies was there and we used to have no problem in feeding our son, who otherwise will avoid eating.

They should consider coming back and start innovating to give experience in profitable way.

• 10th on calling customer care they asked me to inform the remitter to send them mail and can't disclose the information
• Today they extended delivery date to 17th March
• Today they extended delivery date to 23 March 
  

Continued verification and asked to reset the password on 10th of March
which took more than 24 hours And is still In the process of processing for
 indefinite time ... today is 11th March and counting ...

Do you think you really want to transfer or receive money using un dependable service which has too much delays on top of your regular wire transfer and uncertainty and lack of interest to respond sounding clearly in their voices ?

They Seems to have a standard way of answering "Please ask the remitter to send a mail, and call us we can't disclose the information" Its my account mentioned as beneficiary you dammit, if not brain use your eyes at least.

Their SLA is maximum of five days, what I noticed today is 9 days and counting ? Their standard operating procedure is to put funds on hold for fierce reason which by the way they don't share with you. and hold funds as long as they can ... what you should understand here is they are making fool of many like you so it must be in millions plus their interest, that not only covers the fluctuation of the currencies but also raises their profit levels to significant extent

Hell No I will not recommend Money2India again to any one ever.
Next time ... I would go for Wire transfer free from SBI or some other better provider

Jet Lite 



I was travelling by jet lite, low cost version of jet airways from Hyderabad to Chennai.
All these low cost air carriers follow no frills policy, I understand that completely and respect that, but I got problem when there is this steward Gentle Jungle man,was selling water and refreshments while one of the passenger had irresistable cough and was unable to control or breath. and pressed assistence key on the top of passenger and waited some one to attend, but unfortunately their priority was purely to sell his stupid snacks on the flight which he continued to do for 10 minutes or so while co passengers helped the lady with water and minor help which ever they could do at that point.

later after she got stable, came to her turned the light off, and asked "mam do you need water ?  Ok, Let me give you a bottle you can keep!" all in pretty much single sentence and then said 50 Rs only.

I thought what the &*!# is wrong with the service ? do they charge for life jackets too at some point ? if govt does not make it mandetory ?

In my terms Business has its ethics, you can sell water, I don't have a problem with it, but not when some one is dying and needs water as basic need, it should be seen in pure humanitarian terms.

My Question to either jet lite, employees or who ever would be is to know what they think before swiping their cards ? do they forget they are humans ? or do they think they are there just to do the business ? because that doesn't work! may be it works for some time but you can't get any better and will keep loosing customers in no time.


Air Deccan :
I faced it myself with Airdeccan(when it was Still Air Deccan) and also with Jet airways, I get pain in ears which some times gets so intolerable that I have to close my ears with buds or cotton or what ever and my head starts paining. since this does not happen every time I fly, and these were unplanned trips,  I did not carry my travel kit or ear buds I usually carry with me.

Unfortunately I got severe pain in my ears and asked the air hostess to provide me ear plugs or something I can push in my ears to ease the pain,
Response I got was Sorry sir we don't provide that service since ours is a low cost flight. I did not understand since when basic first aid has become service ? and how these guy's value system works professionally or personally ?

I don't know !! where Indian Air line service industry is heading but unless they realise human side of business , they don't deserve to be in the market.

Is it a Coincidence ? or Some thing more ?

Google is Information power house. and After looking at Horrifying terror in Mumbai live for past three days I some how felt Such an organised Attack will not happen without those tech savvy terrorists searching for more information about Mumbai,Taj,Bombay. that is when I checked google trends I saw 3 peaks each for each keyword (in Pakistan) then I started looking for some random samples to see if the same pattern is reflecting in all other countries.

While Pakistan had distinct peaks and no activities other than those peaks (I suspect Planning time and Information gathering) Other Countries showed no such ... each picture I am sharing here as a Picture.

securing India - action plan

After 3 days of panic insecurity anger and pain its time to think plan and act on ways to securing our India.
National security should be seen as every individual responsibility not only armed forces commander or police.

Each of us should be a catalyst, a protagonist in driving this to make our people secure against the terrorists or terrorism.

Its a call for all to be united irrespective of their religion,economic status or any other factor that kept them isolated from being one.

Software engineers should think of providing services in cyber intelligence while citizens watch report and update any suspect truly and responsibly.

After all its my call your call and our call to make this country secure ...

starting from the Greatest Presidential post to a street side leader
is Corruption, Murder and Felony.

This election is unique in many ways apart from much hyped Gender,
This is for the first time 1 A woman will be president
2. This is for the first time a corrupt candidate is given priority
3. This is for the first time worthlessness was added as a major qualification to be a president.

Shame Shame Shame! Its a shame to have a president like Prathibha Bharati,
Immediately after seeing APJ, a Noble Humanitarian , with profound technical knowledge.

All Freedom fighters would have done their Satyagraha against such a shame to My Mother Land.

I feel right time has come to introspect our selves, If we are living in a land of politicians filled with flush ? or Shit ?
